Catchlight has designed and managed the NZBeauty EXPO website since 2005, creating the website from supplied branding and print material, and developed it to provide a full informational point for the biennial NZBeauty EXPO event. The site contains timetables, speaker biographies, expo galleries, registration forms, and is updated regularly before, during and after the event.

Arthur's Court Motor Lodge had simple requirements, redesign their old website to make the best website we've ever done! The reason: to decrease the bounce rate and increase the time on the site. Catchlight succeeded in all of the above.


Andrea Biani Shoes (South Island) engaged Catchlight to create a simple and high impact ecommerce store. Catchlight delivered a solution that fitted Andrea Biani's exisitng systems and was integrated with their social media objectives. Catchlight also completed strategy, design and training for the online store and accompanying Facebook page.


Catchlight worked with Christchurch based energy technologists and software developers, Cortexo and IT marketing specialists Concentrate, to provide a high-end theme for their CMS website.


Catchlight Design was employed by the Christchurch Community Arts Council to re-design the website and re-develop a more usable backend system for the CCAC staff administrators. The site features an organic database of local artists that is approved for publication by CCAC staff and is published in the Arts Participation Guide every 18 months. Also, attention was paid to making the site more user friendly and more attractive.


Business Point site owners wanted a completely custom website application to showcase their business listings. The site is built using the Drupal CMS and has a log-in area from which brokerages can sign up and create their own business listings easily. Visitors to the site use the search feature to find a business they are interested in then submit an enquiry to connect with the brokers.


Catchlight helped develop initial concepts to realise That's The Story's vision - an ever-expanding site full of interactive games, original audio stories, photo galleries, video and a business directory. That's the Story is a fun, friendly and colourful experience for all ages.


Salerno commisioned Catchlight to build a fully content managed website, that allows them to keep customers up to date with events and specials. Catchlight also had great results with improving search engine rankings for the defined search terms. The site showcases the motel's unique architecture and luxury suites with photo galleries and slideshows.


Fyffe on Riccarton wanted to improve their motel website's Google rankings and also to have a fully content managed website so they could easily keep their guests up-to-date with events in and around Christchurch. The site also links in directly with the motel's booking system. The new site now ranks well in search engines and both enquiries and bookings have gone up.


Pure Trails New Zealand wanted to update their website to have an easy to use content management system as well as dynamic photograph slideshows to show prospective customers the beauty of their tours. Catchlight worked with their designer to create the website's look and feel. It also features secure online booking forms, currency conversion and a news section.


Catchlight were approached to design and build a new website for Bellagio that matched and enhanced the great branding work that had been created. The site has a Content Management System so Bellagio owners can update and maintain the site themselves.


To go with their brand-new state of the art early childhood education centre, the Heathcote Valley Preschool wanted a modern, professional and future proofed website which can be fully content managed by the preschool staff. There are pages and pages of content on the site as well as numerous photos and slideshow animation.


Red Hot Products is an importing business who will be selling the best unique products from around the world to New Zealand and Australian customers. They wanted a fully functional shopping cart webstore that is fully content managed, has useful sales and customer statistics and is able to calculate different shipping and tax rates between the two countries.


Catchlight took the existing Wordpress website, upgraded it and added SEO modules and created a new theme more fitting with the Linwood Law branding.


The brokerage team at Mainland Real Estate wanted a modern new website to showcase their tourism property listings. The new website needed to be fully searchable as well as having the ability for visitors to select multiple properties per enquiry form. All listings on the site are managed and uploaded easily by Mainland Real Estate.


John Appleton stocks a wide range of nutraceutical products and health supplements and wanted an online store solution to manage the many orders he receives. Catchlight created a full shopping cart e-commerce solution and then customised it to suit the particular needs of John Appleton's client base.


The Beauty Sense web site features an extensive password protected client area and Content Management to allow for in-house updating of information on the site. The site also makes use of Catchlight's mailing list manager to allow for simple email correspondence to the Beauty Sense client database.


Innerswitch is run by Alison Adams, a highly trained, friendly and professional hypnotherapist. It was for these reasons that Catchlight are very proud of the Innerswitch website. The website is fully content managed and features a regularly maintained blog


Jemima Helmore needed a new website to showcase her wonderful wedding and family photography using a unique horizontal scrolling action. She also wanted a simple to use client area where she could easily upload her photographs for her clients to view via a password protected log-in. With content copywriting and back-end web standards coding Jemima's website has also improved its search engine ranking.


Catchlight created a clean and easy to use informational site that makes use of our online catalogue system. The site allows users such as architects and engineers to add PDFs of individual FAAC™ products to an 'InfoCart' which are then emailed to the user when they 'check-out'.


Catchlight worked with the principals and staff of Playtime Promotions to create a professional and brand focused redesign for this site. The large body of existing static content was placed in a content management system and training was provided. All artist listings and news are now managed in-house by Playtime Promotions staff.


The Counseling Skills Institute of New Zealand commissioned Catchlight to create a modern looking new website to fit their brand. Catchlight implemented a stylish user-friendly interface and content management system. Catchlight also provided training to allow the staff to regularly update course information and news.
