Catchlight re-built the Tracey Allsopp website using web standards and optimised it for search engines in the process. The site has since undergone a large amount of additions, website maintenance and further search engine ranking work to achieve to top Google position.

Catchlight were employed in 2009 by Rockquest organisers to help in the re-design and act as a technical project leader for the co-ordination of the many teams involved that create the various aspects of the content rich website each year.


Catchlight worked with Christchurch based energy technologists and software developers, Cortexo and IT marketing specialists Concentrate, to provide a high-end theme for their CMS website.


Catchlight Design was employed by the Christchurch Community Arts Council to re-design the website and re-develop a more usable backend system for the CCAC staff administrators. The site features an organic database of local artists that is approved for publication by CCAC staff and is published in the Arts Participation Guide every 18 months. Also, attention was paid to making the site more user friendly and more attractive.


Salerno commisioned Catchlight to build a fully content managed website, that allows them to keep customers up to date with events and specials. Catchlight also had great results with improving search engine rankings for the defined search terms. The site showcases the motel's unique architecture and luxury suites with photo galleries and slideshows.


The Waihi Bush website was designed by Catchlight to align with the company's new marketing strategy. It includes websites for their Southern Omega brand and a corporate website for Functional Wholefoods based on a similar look.


Catchlight were approached to design and build a new website for Bellagio that matched and enhanced the great branding work that had been created. The site has a Content Management System so Bellagio owners can update and maintain the site themselves.

Catchlight worked with Chill Marketing's team to integrate the exisiting Roundhill visual design into their CMS system. Catchlight created high quality cross-platform compatible templates in CSS and PHP to bring the Roundhill website to live.


To go with their brand-new state of the art early childhood education centre, the Heathcote Valley Preschool wanted a modern, professional and future proofed website which can be fully content managed by the preschool staff. There are pages and pages of content on the site as well as numerous photos and slideshow animation.


Arrow Beauty commissed this website with the view to showcasing PDF product catalogues with the ability for those to be updated on the website in-house at Arrow. Maildrop our Email Newsletter Management system is also used on the site.


MRA are the organisers of some of New Zealand's biggest events and promotions as well as conducting PR and Marketing. The site features a clean structure, an integrated brand look and extensive portfolio pages, complete with modal image galleries for easy readability.


The Missy G site is an example of how Catchlight used their CSS mastery to completely re-theme a standard Blogger template to fit the Girl School Radio Show style.


In conjunction with software developers Cortexo, Catchlight created wireframes, visual design, CSS and HTML templates for this geneology web application to help families in New Zealand combat recurring health issues. The Whanau Ora website includes a family tree coded entirely using CSS and HTML, without having to use any slow-loading Flash.


This is a simple and very effective brochure website that integrates CAYLX branding. The website has had great feedback and has worked extremely well as a sales support tool.


Nikau Cottage is luxurious boutique accommodation in Managawhai Heads and wanted a brochure website to show off this lovely cottage. The website prominently features a gallery of photos of the cottage as well as Booking information and online payment via PayPal to make things that much easier for the Nikau Cottage owners.


A smart and stylish design to suit Courtenay's classy vocal style. The request a booking form is allows visitors to book Courtenay for engagements via the website and a CMS is installed to allow advertising of upcoming gigsvia the homepage What's New area.


Catchlight created a clean and easy to use informational site that makes use of our online catalogue system. The site allows users such as architects and engineers to add PDFs of individual FAAC™ products to an 'InfoCart' which are then emailed to the user when they 'check-out'.

Catchlight worked with the principals and staff of Playtime Promotions to create a professional and brand focused redesign for this site. The large body of existing static content was placed in a content management system and training was provided. All artist listings and news are now managed in-house by Playtime Promotions staff.


The Voice Box is the home of one of New Zealand's top radio production engineers, Phil Yule. The site features regular updates of what The Voice Box have been up to, both in radio and TV post-production. The site contains a large body of audio and video clips.
