Red Hot Products is an importing business who will be selling the best unique products from around the world to New Zealand and Australian customers. They wanted a fully functional shopping cart webstore that is fully content managed, has useful sales and customer statistics and is able to calculate different shipping and tax rates between the two countries.
The brokerage team at Mainland Real Estate wanted a modern new website to showcase their tourism property listings. The new website needed to be fully searchable as well as having the ability for visitors to select multiple properties per enquiry form. All listings on the site are managed and uploaded easily by Mainland Real Estate.
YHA New Zealand asked Catchlight to do web copywriting for SEO purposes to help improve the rankings of all the hostels on the website. Catchlight created keyword rich content for all 56 hostels description on the site and has also been closely involved with the comprehensive Sustainability section on the YHA site, consulting on web content best practices and writing all content.
For three successful NZBeauty EXPO events, Catchlight has designed the EXPO website from supplied branding and print material, and developed it to provide a full informational point for the NZBeautyEXPO. The site contains timetables, speaker biographies, expo galleries, an online registration form, and is updated regularly before, during and after the event.

In conjunction with software developers Cortexo, Catchlight created wireframes, visual design, CSS and HTML templates for this geneology web application to help families in New Zealand combat recurring health issues. The Whanau Ora website includes a family tree coded entirely using CSS and HTML, without having to use any slow-loading Flash.

Fyffe on Riccarton wanted to improve their motel website's Google rankings and also to have a fully content managed website so they could easily keep their guests up-to-date with events in and around Christchurch. The site also links in directly with the motel's booking system. The new site now ranks well in search engines and both enquiries and bookings have gone up.
Business Point site owners wanted a completely custom website application to showcase their business listings. The site has a password protected log-in area from which brokerages can sign up and create their own business listings easily. Visitors to the site use the search feature to find a business they are interested in then submit an enquiry to connect with the brokers.

Nikau Cottage is luxurious boutique accommodation in Managawhai Heads and wanted a brochure website to show off this lovely cottage. The website prominently features a gallery of photos of the cottage as well as Booking information and online payment via PayPal to make things that much easier for the Nikau Cottage owners.

Catchlight were asked to create an entire site around this product, including full copywriting and web strategy.
