Can't I just do this stuff myself?

Yes, but it takes management time and constant attention to do it right. We’re doing it every day, so we have proven systems, processes, together with the knowledge and experience.

Do you do site migrations?

Yes, we can migrate your WordPress site into our care and usually they are free too. We will audit your site and there may or may not be charges based on this audit.

Do you guarantee my website won’t get hacked?

Unfortunately, although we’d love to guarantee your site will never get hacked, we can’t guarantee full website protection. Our care plans are a preventative measure.

We do guarantee that we’ll do everything in we can to protect your website from bots and hackers. Our firewall blocks unwanted traffic and login protection stops brute force attacks.

We use a number of measures to harden your WordPress installation and we monitoring vulnerabilities in WordPress themes, plugins and core software on a daily basis.

What about email deliverability from the site?

We can help WordPress websites get their email delivered from online forms (for example) using third party services that come bundled with our hosting plan. Stop missing those valuable leads

Do you do set up business email?

Unfortunately, no. But we have excellent IT partners who can help you make the switch if you need to. We recommend using Google Workspace, Office 365, and New Zealand’s own OneNet. These are fantastic choices for security, deliverability, and reliability.

What if I have a massive website? Are there extra charges

If you need an extremely image or video heavy website or large WooCommerce store and need loads of space for data, then we may have to charge for extra storage. We will audit your site and update you if you need to pay extra.

What about backups on my WooCommerce site?

We increase the database backups to daily for our WooCommerce customers. Extra storage is available on request and may also incur extra charges.

Do you offer Free SSL Secure Certificates?

Yes, They’re included for free for all care plan customers.
